Returns of orders

Question:
I would like to order articles but I don’t know if they appeal to me.

Answer:
This is no problem at all! You may order any article you like and have a look at it at home. If you happen to dislike the article please send it back to us by a prepaid package. The only restrictions are: foods, already opened CD’s and Software, clothes and custom-made products are barred from exchange. But in fact this goes without saying.


Delivery

Question:
Is it possible to place orders from others european-countries outside germany?

Answer:
By default we only dispatch within Germany and all European countries. Deliveries outside of Germany can on principle only be made by prepayment or by payment with credit card.
Cash on delivery is not possible!


Prepayment

Question: What does prepayment mean? When do I receive the delivery?

Answer:
Usually we dispatch any available goods within two or three workingdays. Of course this aims at that point of time when the payment had been credited our account. If you need the goods earlier we ask you to either pay cash on delivery (within Germany) or by credit card. But you may also send us your voucher for payment by fax or e-mail, in this way we can handle your order in favour, because there is nothing worse than a missed appointment!


Purchase on account

Question: Is a purchase on account possible?

Answer:
No, it is not. We are sorry.


Custom-made products

Question: Do you need any articles which you can not find on our list of products?

Answer:
Please give us a call (Fon: +49 40 – 657 11 44) or send us an e-mail (service@steelman24.com). If you send us a picture of your desired custom-made article we will make you an offer. Please keep in mind that all custom-made products take us 6-8 weeks.
