Question: How do I order?
Answer:
By clicking on the article categories on our web site you will have access to all offered articles of our company.
You can also use the free-search engine (in the middle of the page).
You can put the chosen article in your Shopping Cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon, but you may also delete it later in case you do not wish to buy it. You can find all earlier marked articles in your Shopping Cart.
To proceed with your order you move from the basket of goods to the cashpoint by using the cashpoint icon.
Here you will be asked to log in with a present user name or by generating a new one by “Becoming a new customer (SSL)”. We also offer you to continue shopping via “Fast buying”. In both cases you will access the cashpoint exit after having entered the necessary datas. In the cashpoint exit you only need to choose the method of payment and dispatch and confirm our general terms and conditions. Now click the icon “sending order”.
After having completed your order you will receive an e-mail with a detailed summary of your order. In case you should not receive an e-mail to the address you have entered, you either did not enter your e-mail address correctly or there has been a technical problem with your e-mail provider at this point of time.
